The blacklist of pop-ups can be placed in a text file, so that it is easily transportable, and also editable. Surf In Peace lets you configure various levels of permission and, obviously, doesn't modify any library, system file or any Internet configuration you already have in your PC. It resides in the system tray for ease of use.
